Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you get from La’Bell. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.

Here’s how it works:


Eligibility


  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.



Process


  1. Email support@labellclothingco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error on our end.



Refunds & Exchanges


  • Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are shipped as soon as your original item arrives back to us.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.



Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can replace it at no cost to you.
